You can get a ski pass at the Bergfuhrerburo (Mountain Guide Office), inside the Zermatt Alpin Center, located on Bahnhostrasse, past the post office. There are several types of passes, depending on how many days or in what areas you want to ski. A one-day pass for any of the area's mountains will cost you about 70 swiss francs. This does not include lifts to departure points.
